I would recommend Bet365 they have loads of practice play tables and great freerolls for everyone including a massive $5000 freeroll every saturday night
Without a doubt PokerStars.com because of the low limit games and the stability of the software, plus there are loads of people playing. You can also put a toe in the water for $3 for a sit-and-go which gives you a pretty good chance of getting into the money.
PKR is also fun with the advanced graphics and generally has a friendly feel.
PKR is all very well but only if you have a fast computer - otherwise it really sucks resources and is a bit of pain in the ass.
